We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wood manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, supervising workers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory operations and production planning
- Supervise factory staff, carpenters, machine operators, and labour teams
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
- Maintain product quality and safety standards
- Monitor raw material usage and inventory management
- Coordinate with management regarding production updates and factory requirements
- Handle machine maintenance and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety within the factory premises
- Reduce production wastage and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in wood manufacturing, furniture, plywood, or related industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Ability to handle factory operations independently
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Pay: ₹12,353.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
