About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee our FMCG and e-commerce store operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end store management — from vendor appointments and delivery scheduling to auditing and execution — while ensuring smooth coordination between store staff and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor and supplier appointments efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
- Oversee stocking, inventory management, and replenishment
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Drive execution of daily store operations and targets
- Manage and guide store incharges and ground-level staff
- Communicate effectively with senior management on store performance and issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in store/warehouse management in FMCG or e-commerce
- Proficiency in Tally for inventory and accounting entries
- Strong MS Excel skills for reporting and tracking
- Good English communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
