About Us:
We are a leading manufacturer of paper mill machinery and rubber rollers for plywood industries, pulp, paper and textile industries, also engaged in producing rubber compounds for industrial applications. We are expanding our marketing team to strengthen our domestic and export market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products (rubber rollers, compounds, and related machinery).
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through industrial visits, online research, and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the production and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on payments, and maintain sales records.
- Attend industry exhibitions and trade shows when required.
- Report daily/weekly marketing activities to the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial or B2B marketing (preferably in rubber, paper, or engineering industries).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client visits in KERALA
- Must be able to communicate in Malayalam and English

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
