Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Atluri Holdings, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our diverse portfolio of businesses. You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to create visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the visual storytelling of a growing and innovative organization.
Responsibilities:
Design Creation:
Develop creative and visually appealing designs for print and digital media.
Produce graphics for marketing collateral, social media, websites, presentations, and other communication channels.
Branding:
Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to evolve and enhance the overall brand identity of Atluri Holdings.
Conceptualization:
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.
Transform abstract concepts into visually engaging designs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with messaging.
Adaptability:
Adapt designs based on feedback and changing project requirements.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
Multimedia Design:
Create multimedia content, including infographics, animations, and video graphics.
Explore innovative ways to present information visually.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
