We are seeking a qualified and experienced Immigration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures, along with the ability to handle client cases efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration matters
- Handle visa applications, documentation, and case filings
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, if required
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and policies
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain case records
Requirements:
- Law degree (LLB/LLM) with relevant specialization
- Valid license to practice law
- Experience in immigration law preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
Preferred:
- Prior experience with international clients
- Familiarity with visa processes for multiple countries
