Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
- Manage and grow sales across the assigned Rajasthan territory while operating from the Surat office.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and generate new business opportunities through field visits and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure regular follow-ups, order management, and communication regarding promotional offers and schemes.
- Present products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Handle customer objections and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain customer data, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and action plans for management review.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Recommend new products, services, and strategies to improve market penetration.
- Travel to Rajasthan periodically to meet customers, strengthen business relationships, conduct product presentations, and expand the dealer network.
Qualification:
- Bachelor//'s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
