Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader with excellent people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Lead performance appraisal and employee development processes.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS.
- Prepare HR reports and support management in strategic HR decisions.
Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
