We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer with 6–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and business process automation.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Configure Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Work on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data management
- Develop workflows, process builder flows, and automation
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex programming and triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
- Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, workflows)
- Experience in:
- Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)
- Knowledge of:
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- SOQL, SOSL
- Familiarity with:
- Git/version control systems
- CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder)
- Experience with:
- Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud (basic exposure)
- Knowledge of:
- MuleSoft or other middleware tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
