About the Role: We are hiring for Application Support role to support banking clients across India, ensuring seamless operations and delivering high-quality technical assistance.
Location: Seepz, Andheri East
Shift: Rotational Shift along with Rotational Week-offs
Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 application support to banking clients.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and track client issues through their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to service timelines and SLAs.
- Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities.
- Participate in testing and validation of solutions before deployment to ensure smooth implementation.
- Support the implementation and integration of Core Banking Solution (CBS) modules across client locations.
- Work closely with banking clients to understand their business requirements and system workflows.
