*About the Role*
We are looking for a Quality Control Executive to ensure that stainless steel fasteners meet the required quality standards and customer specifications. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
*Key Responsibilities*
Conduct inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished stainless steel fasteners.
Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
Identify defects and non-conformities and report them to the production team.
Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
Ensure products comply with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Coordinate with production and store departments to maintain quality standards.
Support quality audits and documentation activities.
Follow safety and quality procedures on the shop floor.
*Requirements*
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools and manufacturing processes.
Good observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of quality control processes.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
Teamwork and communication skills.
