We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a quality-first mindset, and hands-on experience in designing, executing, and automating test cases for modern web applications. We are specifically looking for professionals who have practical exposure to AI-powered applications and understand the unique testing challenges associated with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) or equivalent automation tools.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform end-to-end Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, UAT, Cross-Browser, Cross-Platform, Responsive, and Mobile Testing.
- Execute API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools and validate request/response contracts.
- Validate AI-powered applications including LLM-based features, prompt workflows, chatbot responses, AI recommendations, and AI-assisted business processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop reusable automation scripts and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute database validations and data integrity testing using SQL.
- Perform basic performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or k6.
- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning to identify quality risks early.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Practical experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) or similar automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
- Mandatory experience in testing AI-powered applications, including chatbots, Generative AI solutions, LLM-based applications, AI workflows, or intelligent automation platforms.
- Good understanding of AI testing concepts including prompt testing, response validation, consistency checks, hallucination detection, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
- Good understanding of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Experience in Cross-Browser, Mobile, Responsive, Regression, and Exploratory Testing.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
