Job Summary
A Front Office Assistant is responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitor interactions, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and office records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
- Respond to emails and basic customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with different departments for office requirements
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles
- Freshers may also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
