Are you passionate about climate solutions and excited by the intersection of technology and sustainability? We’re looking for a DMRV (Digital Monitoring, Reporting & Verification) Manager to help scale high-impact carbon projects on the ground.
The Role
As our DMRV Manager, you’ll act as the critical link between field operations and digital carbon accounting systems. You will lead the implementation of dMRV frameworks to ensure our carbon offset projects are transparent, accurate, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Deploy and manage dMRV platforms to track project data in real-time.
- Project Oversight: Support diverse carbon project types, including Biochar (BCR), Afforestation, Reforestation & Revegetation (ARR), and Regenerative Agriculture.
- Data Integrity: Ensure field data collection aligns with international standards (Puro/ Isometric/ etc.) and protocol requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with field teams and external auditors to streamline the verification process.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years in carbon markets, environmental science, or ag-tech
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with dMRV tools; working knowledge of Remote Sensing, GIS, or IoT integration
- Language: Functional proficiency in Marathi (essential for field coordination)
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites and relocate to Nagpur
- Education: Degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field
