Delta Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage organizational activities, and support strategic growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization's overall operations.
- Coordinate awareness programs across Kerala.
- Manage office administration and accounts.
- Prepare client proposals and conduct meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporate clients, organizations, and government departments.
- Support business development, branding, and organizational growth.
- Supervise the Kids Play Zone and Kids Wall Sticker divisions.
Qualifications
- B.Com & MBA (Marketing) – Mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
