Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of attendance management, leave management, payroll processes, employee engagement, and employee relations. The candidate should possess good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle HR responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
- Process and monitor employee leave requests and leave records.
- Assist with payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and other HR operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing.
- Knowledge of attendance and leave management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, confident, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Ability to work from the Mohali office.
