Job Title: Science 1 Teacher (9th & 10th – Maharashtra Board)

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Science 1 Teacher to teach students of Classes 9 and 10 (Maharashtra Board). The ideal candidate should be able to simplify concepts, motivate students, and help them achieve excellent academic results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science 1 (Physics & Chemistry) to Classes 9 and 10.
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, and practice tests.
- Conduct regular class tests, paper checking, and result analysis.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for Board Exams with revision sessions and mock tests.
- Track student performance and maintain academic records.
- Resolve students' doubts and provide extra support when needed.
- Communicate student progress with parents and the academic coordinator.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Follow the institute's academic schedule and teaching standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and academic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience for Maharashtra Board preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Physics and Chemistry (Science 1).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Preferred Skills:
- Board exam preparation experience.
- Good presentation and time management skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
