The organization has steadily grown over the years and offers services across Broadband, SME & Enterprise Leased Lines, Educational Networks, Franchisee Operations, and Passive Infrastructure Sharing.
Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving corporate/SME broadband sales and managing end-to-end branch operations, ensuring business growth and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the corporate/SME segment.

Identify and acquire new commercial clients within the assigned territory.

Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers.

Lead and manage the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Operations Management

Coordinate with technical and service delivery teams for smooth execution.

Ensure high service standards and timely issue resolution.

Improve operational efficiency and manage costs effectively.

Business Development
-
Expand the corporate client base through partnerships and networking.

Represent the organization in client meetings and industry interactions.

Work with marketing teams on targeted campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate sales and operations in ISP/telecom industry.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Good understanding of the Hyderabad corporate market is an advantage.
