Key Responsibilities * End-to-End Design: Create stunning website layouts, landing pages, and UI/UX mockups from scratch using Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Responsive Development: Translate designs into high-quality HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap code that works flawlessly across all devices.
- SEO-Centric Design: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure websites are optimized for Google rankings from the design phase.
- Client Interaction: Understand client business goals and convert their ideas into a unique visual identity.
- Quality Assurance: Audit existing websites for design improvements, speed optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Required Skills & Tools * Design Mastery: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Front-end Skills: Strong hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- CMS Knowledge: Deep understanding of WordPress (Theme customization and builders like Elementor/Divi).
- UI/UX Expertise: Solid grasp of typography, color theory, spacing, and user psychology.
- Portfolio: A mandatory link to a live portfolio or Behance/Dribbble profile.
