Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Experience in application design and configuration tailored to business process requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide effective solutions in complex environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application development and deployment practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
