About the Company:
Gulab is one of India’s trusted edible oil and food brands with a strong presence across multiple states. We are expanding our distribution network in Maharashtra and looking for passionate and experienced FMCG sales professionals to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handle complete responsibility of the assigned territory and distributor operations.
· Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and display across retail outlets.
· Achieve monthly primary & secondary sales targets for the territory.
· Plan daily market route, cover outlets systematically, and improve numeric & weighted distribution.
· Identify & onboard new retailers to strengthen coverage.
· Ensure execution of promotions, schemes, and merchandising activities.
· Track competitor pricing, offers, and market trends; share timely insights with ASM.
· Support Sales Executives (if assigned) with guidance on routing, coverage, and execution.
· Coordinate with distributor team for delivery, stock planning, and order follow-ups.
· Focus on A+ / A category premium outlets to ensure strong availability and visibility of premium range.
Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of FMCG general trade sales experience.
- Preferred: Experience in Edible Oil / Food products.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge of Pune territory.
