- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
- 1-4 years of experience in channel sales or partner sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficient knowledge in marketing strategies
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
