Join us as a Transformation Manager – Culture & Capability
- You’ll drive enterprise-wide transformation aligned to the bank’s strategic ambitions, shaping One Bank Capabilities (OBC) and customer and colleague journeys
- You’ll develop and embed frameworks, standards, and approaches that accelerate capability maturity across Architecture & Engineering (A&E)
- Using data and insight, you’ll enable better decisions and stronger performance outcomes across the organisation

What you’ll do
As a Transformation Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of culture and capability initiatives across the Architecture & Engineering community, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, organisational values, and leadership expectations.
You’ll analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver targeted interventions that create measurable business value. You’ll also partner with senior leadership to shape and steer the direction of culture and capability transformation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
You’ll also:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the A&E Culture & Capability workstream, ensuring initiatives meet scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Oversee key programmes such as promotions, hiring, job simplification, and engagement activities
- Develop and maintain plans, roadmaps, and reporting dashboards to track progress and outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver culture change, engagement, and capability uplift initiatives
- Design and deliver programmes that strengthen engineering culture, including community engagement, leadership visibility, and recognition
- Use data and insight to identify barriers, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Provide clear updates and actionable insights to senior stakeholders on progress, outcomes, and impact
- Embed best practice, benchmarks, and consistent frameworks to enhance transformation effectiveness
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the effectiveness and quality of transformation initiatives
The skills you’ll need
You’ll bring strong experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation, with a track record of implementing culture and capability initiatives that improve outcomes for colleagues and customers.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- The ability to translate strategy into clear, deliverable plans across complex environments
- Strong programme delivery, governance, and change management expertise
- Experience designing and embedding frameworks, standards, and operating models
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
- Strong analytical capability, using data to measure impact and shape interventions
- A solid understanding of business and operating models to support transformation design and delivery
- A track record of driving continuous improvement and sustainable capability uplift across engineering or technical communities
