Job Summary
The Aaminia Group is looking for dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of our restaurants, cafés, hotels, guest areas, kitchens, offices, and public spaces. The candidate should ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Maintenance
- Clean guest areas, dining halls, washrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, windows, and fixtures.
- Maintain cleanliness standards as per company SOPs.
Guest Area Upkeep
- Ensure guest areas remain neat and presentable at all times.
- Promptly clean spills and maintain hygiene standards.
- Replenish tissue papers, soap dispensers, and cleaning supplies.
Waste Management
- Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain garbage collection points hygienically.
- Follow waste disposal and environmental guidelines.
Inventory Management
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and cleaning materials.
- Report shortages to supervisors.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or hazards immediately.
Team Support
- Assist other departments during operational requirements.
- Support event setup and breakdown activities when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass.
- Basic reading and writing skills preferred.
Experience Required
- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, malls, or commercial establishments preferred.
