Role summary
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Financials: Monitor store performance metrics, analyze sales data , and manage the store budget to achieve revenue goals .
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance. Foster a positive work environment and lead by example .
- Operations & Inventory: Oversee opening and closing procedures , manage stock levels , coordinate with vendors , and implement loss prevention strategies .
- Customer Experience: Set service standards, resolve escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure store compliance with local labor laws, and health and safety regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
