Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend the most suitable goods or services.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough, up-to-date understanding of the company's product offerings and features.
- Build rapport with shoppers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Operate cash registers, manage inventory, handle returns, and assist with merchandising and displays.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Min 1 year in retail sales is mandatory
- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
