Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes across GeM and other Central/State procurement portals. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate documentation, coordinating with vendors and departments, and ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from GeM and other e-procurement portals
- Thoroughly review and understand tender documents and scope of work
- Prepare and submit bids with complete accuracy and compliance
- Attend pre-bid meetings and represent the company professionally
- Coordinate with government departments for meetings and discussions
- Draft and send corrigendum and clarification emails
- Ensure timely submission of queries and clarifications on portals
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Scope of Work PPTs, and all required documents
- Maintain MIS reports in Excel and provide daily activity updates
- Handle portal registrations (Central/State) as required
- Ensure zero-error documentation and compliance
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Be flexible to work extended hours during high tender volume
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in government tendering
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal and e-procurement systems
- Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and MAF documentation
- Knowledge of GeM Reverse Auction (RA) and achieving L1 position
- Experience in vendor assessment and coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
