About the Job: We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer & Server Administrator. In this role, you will not just write code, you will be the backbone of our technical operations. You will build both the front and back ends of our websites, actively manage and troubleshoot web servers, assist with digital marketing automation tools, and handle some basic office workflows.
What You Will Do:
- Write Code: Build strong, fast, and secure websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Front-End Work: Use React.js, Next.js, and Bootstrap 5.0 to create highly responsive designs that look perfect on all screens (from mobile to large desktops).
- Back-End Work: Write solid server-side logic, build APIs, and connect databases using PHP (CodeIgniter, Laravel) and Node.js.
- Manage Servers: Handle server-side operations, DNS configurations, and control panels (like cPanel/WHM) across platforms such as Hostinger, SiteGround, or Verpex. You will put our websites online and ensure zero downtime.
- Help with Marketing: Set up tech tools, scripts, and APIs to support our digital marketing campaigns.
- Office Tasks: Assist with basic admin work and team coordination when the company needs it.
- Work Faster with AI: Utilize AI-assisted tools like Gemini, Cursor, or ChatGPT to write code faster, fix bugs, and boost your daily productivity.
- Daily Updates: Work smoothly with our local team and provide clear daily work updates to our US-based office.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: You should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in web development and server management.
- Tech Skills: You must have a strong command over HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, CodeIgniter, and Laravel.
- Server Knowledge: Proven ability to host websites, manage DNS records, and maintain server health independently.
- Communication: Good, simple English so you can talk easily with our team and international clients.
