Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining HR documentation. She should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases accurately.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR reports.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Assist in payroll inputs, statutory compliance documentation, and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee information in HRMS and other internal systems.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and monthly manpower reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Executive role.
- Experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant, or Café industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
