Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads using predefined scripts.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Answer inbound customer queries and resolve complaints.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
- Update customer information and call logs daily in CRM software.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and conversions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
