Ashwat Infotech is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to join us as a Business Development Partner. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expanding a growing IT business.
You'll work closely with the founder to identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute directly to the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
- Develop relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise businesses.
- Plan and execute effective sales and business development strategies.
- Represent Ashwat Infotech in client meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
- Contribute to the company's expansion and market presence.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in IT Sales, Software Services, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.
Compensation
This is a performance-based partnership opportunity. During the initial growth phase, compensation will be based on a revenue/profit-sharing model, with opportunities for greater responsibilities and long-term leadership as the business grows.
