Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who can seamlessly manage both performance marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through paid advertising platforms and converting them into customers using effective inbound and outbound sales strategies.
This role requires a full-funnel mindset — from campaign execution to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Develop data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives and copies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Sales (Inbound & Outbound)
- Manage and convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Understand customer needs and effectively pitch relevant products/services.
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics regularly.
- Provide actionable insights to improve lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing and sales.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Snapchat Ads is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on targets and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performance or growth marketing roles.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation.
