Senior Executive-Microbiology
Job Description
Responsible for water sampling and microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, microbial limit testing, microbial culture handling and laboratory documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Sampling and Microbial analysis of water sample.

Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products and stability samples in compliance with applicable procedures.

Execute microbial limit test validation.

Conduct Environmental Monitoring of classified areas by settle plate, active air (volumetric air sampling), and surface swab sampling methods.

Handle, maintain, and preserve microbial cultures according to laboratory procedures.

Prepare, sterilize, and manage culture media and laboratory reagents.

Participate in qualification of BOD Incubator, Refrigerator, Deep freezer and Autoclave.

Preservative Efficacy testing.

Prepare trend charts and summary reports for water system monitoring and environmental monitoring data.

Prepare and maintain laboratory documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, reports, logbooks, and records.

Provide inputs in Quality Management System (QMS) related to the Microbiology Laboratory, including change control, deviation, CAPA.
