BENDING MACHINE OPERATOR
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES :
1) Operate Hindustan Hydraulics Press Brake with Delem 53x controller to bend sheets as per drawing and specifications.
2) Read and understand technical drawings.
3) Set tools, select proper punches and dies, and adjust machine for accurate bending.
4) Check dimensions of job using measuring instruments.
5) Ensure quality of bends as per drawing tolerances.
6) Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments.
7) Carry out routine maintenance and daily care of the machine.
8) Follow safety rules and maintain a clean & organized work area.
9) Report any machine issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
