Job Summary
The Sales Executive – Mutual Funds is responsible for promoting and selling mutual fund products to individual and corporate clients. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, financial product awareness, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for mutual fund investments.
- Promote SIPs (Systematic Investment Plans), lump sum investments, and other investment products.
- Explain mutual fund schemes, benefits, risks, and returns to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, field visits, and digital channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist clients with KYC and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with AMCs (Asset Management Companies) and internal teams.
- Provide after-sales support and portfolio updates to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and AMFI guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related field.
- AMFI certification preferred or mandatory depending on company policy.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of financial and investment products.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in mutual fund sales, BFSI sales, insurance, banking, or financial services.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
