Quality Control checking for Carpentry, civil tile work, granite ,false ceiling, painting and electrical work etc.
Willing to handle the entire project like civil , electrical & interior . thorough knowledge to view the Auto cad drawings , technical knowledge about interior work.
Prepare schedules, make note of meeting minutes, regularly prepare work update reports in a professional and organized manner
Job role and responsibility
- Site execution as per approved drawings and specificaitons
- Will be working on-site with responsibility for overall and simultaneous execution of projects
- Indentify and resolve design clashes and site issues
- To handle material effectively.
- Supervise labour to ensure proper finishing of work.
- To execute the work as per quotation.
- To prepare required material list at site.
- Coordinating with the sub contractors, supervisors, general work force.
- Completing the projects in a timely manner within pre-determined budgets and quality standards
- Check site work status and approve labour payments
- To be in frequent communication with the Project Coordinator
Experience, Qualification and Desired skills
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Excellent people management skills
- Two wheeler with licence is must.
- Basic knowledge in interior materials.
- Well behaved communication with customers.
- 5 years experience in interior projects
- Good Labour management skills
COMPULSORY REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient in MEP coordinaiton
Excellent material knowledge
