Production Cum Service Engineer
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Rotational shifts as needed)
Work Mode: On-site (Thane)
Must Haves for This Role
Education: Degree / Diploma / ITI in Mechanic/Mechanical or related field.
Looking for Freshers Only.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical components and using computer.
Soft Skills: Fast problem-solving response, collaborative mindset for floor technicians, patience under pressure at client sites, and clear technical communication skills.
Candidate Preferred Location: Thane, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Hydrogen Tech Assembly: Assemble, test, diagnose, maintain, and repair hydrogen combustion technology.
- On-Site Client Visits: Travel to client sites to resolve technical issues.
- Team Coordination: Work with the Customer Support team to fix faults.
- Travel Bills: Submit travel bills and vouchers after every visit.
- Ticket Logs: Resolve customer tickets and update records on Zoho Desk.
- Safety Rules: Follow strict safety guidelines while working with gas systems.
- Quality Checks: Run quality control checks to meet performance standards.
- Shift Time: Should be comfortable with shift adaptability.
Expectations:
Hydrogen Tech Assembly: Assemble, diagnose, and repair hydrogen systems with high precision to meet tech performance standards.
On-Site Client Visits: Travel immediately to client locations to troubleshoot and restore hydrogen system operations rapidly.
Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with Customer Support to hand over seamlessly and resolve escalated technical faults.
Travel Bills: Submit precise travel expense vouchers and original receipts immediately following every field assignment.
Ticket Logs: Close assigned customer complaints within deadlines and log complete technical summaries in Zoho Desk.
Safety Rules: Adhere strictly to high-pressure gas protocols and safety gear rules to maintain zero workplace accidents.
Quality Checks: Run definitive quality control benchmarks to ensure zero defective hydrogen units leave the floor.
Shift Time: Adapt readily to rotating shift timelines to cover continuous testing or urgent client breakdowns.
Compensation Package
- Freshers(Degree/Diploma): 6 Months Internship + PPO (Pre-Placement Offer).
- Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month during internship.
- Freshers(ITI): 1 year Apprenticeship.
- Stipend: ₹12000 per month.
