About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-driven Brand Growth Manager – Paid Media to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads strategy, campaign execution, audience scaling, creative testing, performance optimization, and ROI-driven growth initiatives.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data analysis, creative collaboration, and performance marketing excellence to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network).
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including strategy, audience segmentation, budget allocation, A/B testing, scaling, and reporting.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and customer LTV.
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance and efficiency.
- Manage monthly and quarterly paid media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, advertising policies, audience trends, and emerging growth strategies.
- Coordinate with analytics and tech teams for pixel implementation, conversion tracking, attribution setup, and event optimization.
- Work closely with brand and e-commerce teams to align media strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present growth insights to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in paid media and performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROAS and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Meta Pixel
- Retargeting strategies
- Lookalike audiences
- Funnel optimization
- Dynamic ads
- Creative testing frameworks
- Experience with e-commerce, D2C, lead generation, or app growth campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, and attribution tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large monthly ad spends.
- Exposure to omnichannel paid media strategies.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other paid platforms is an added advantage.
- Experience working with creative strategy teams and UGC-based advertising.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint or related performance marketing programs preferred.
