Job Description:
Planning Labs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR / Admin Intern to support our daily HR operations and office management activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative management within a fast-growing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Coordinate with candidates and internal team for hiring updates
- Assist in preparing offer letters and HR documents
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office coordination and operations
- Handle vendor coordination and office requirements
- Maintain attendance and HR records
- Support internal meetings, activities, and team coordination
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Good organizational and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or completed graduation (BBA, BMS, HR, or related field preferred)
- Freshers are welcome
Internship Duration:
3 to 6 months (Full-time opportunity based on performance)
Stipend:
₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
