The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP IBP solutions focused on demand and supply planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure effective deployment of SAP IBP functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for demand and supply planning processes. - Configure and customize SAP IBP solutions to meet business needs. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into demand and supply operations. - Conduct testing and validate the effectiveness of the implemented solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP IBP. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP IBP functionality. - Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices to ensure optimal usage. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong knowledge of SAP IBP, specifically in demand and supply planning modules. - Proficient in SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other related SAP tools. - Experience with supply chain management concepts and processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure. - Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. - Familiarity with integration between SAP IBP and other SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC is a plus. Education Qualificaiton Any Degree Roles & Responsibilities Role Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) S&OP solutions to improve demand–supply alignment, executive decision-making, and cross-functional planning processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Implementation Lead end-to-end implementation of IBP S&OP modules. Design planning models, key figures, planning levels, and attributes. Configure time profiles, master data, and planning areas. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. 2. Business Process Expertise Drive S&OP process design workshops with stakeholders. Align demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. Define KPIs for executive reviews and scenario simulations. Ensure best-practice planning frameworks. 3. Integration & Data Coordinate integration with ERP/S4 systems and other sources. Validate data flows, master data consistency, and planning results. Troubleshoot integration and planning logic issues. 4. Stakeholder Leadership Act as primary functional lead for business teams. Facilitate workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs. Mentor junior consultants. 5. Testing & Deployment Lead SIT/UAT cycles. Validate planning logic, calculations, and simulations. Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare. 6. Continuous Improvement Identify optimization opportunities in planning processes. Implement enhancements, automation, and performance tuning. Provide advisory on planning maturity improvements. Required Skills Functional Strong S&OP / IBP business process knowledge. Demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization concepts. Scenario planning and executive dashboard design. Technical IBP configuration (planning areas, key figures, operators). Excel planning views & analytics. Integration knowledge (CPI-DS, SDI, RTI or equivalent). Understanding of master data modeling.
