Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales and Marketing Admin to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the sales and marketing departments through administrative coordination, customer communication, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
- Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and sales documents
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally
- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and client visits
- Monitor inventory of marketing materials and office supplies
- Support social media and digital marketing activities when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales coordination or marketing administration preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
