Senior HR Executive / Sr. HR Officer – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll preparation and salary sheet processing through Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel functions including V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
- Knowledge in Preparing ESIC and EPF) Data Sheet and generating Challans
- Knowledge in ESIC and EPFO Enrollments
- Prepare and maintain manual and automated pay sheets.
- Ensure compliance with Tamil Nadu Labour Laws, Minimum Wages Act, and statutory requirements.
- Handle daily attendance management and month-end attendance closure for payroll and client invoice preparation.
- Compile and update employee records in both hard copy and digital format.
- Process HR documentation and prepare reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and compliance.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR division.
- Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, employee engagement activities, and surveys; maintain accurate minutes of meetings.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, company rules, and labour regulations.
- Assist payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (attendance, leave records, overtime, bonuses, etc.).
- Liaise with government/public services as required.
- Manage grievance handling and disciplinary procedures in line with company policy.
- Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and database management.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll management, and employee administration.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot, Data Validation, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of TN Labour norms, statutory compliances, and wage structures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast and accurate computer typing with proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR/Admin/Payroll experience preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
