Role Overview
Avconexpo is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven B2B Marketing Executive to support the company’s growth across international and emerging markets.
The role will focus on B2B marketing strategy, global market research, market intelligence, brand positioning, industry outreach, lead generation, customer engagement, and new market development. The ideal candidate should understand how to market high-value, long-cycle engineering, technical consultancy, and project-based services to business owners, industrial groups, investors, entrepreneurs, institutional stakeholders, and potential partners across diverse global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct international market research, country analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry mapping
- Identify potential markets, sectors, customer segments, investors, and business opportunities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans for target geographies and industry sectors
- Support market-entry and expansion initiatives across Africa, GCC, and Asian markets
- Build targeted databases of companies, investors, industry stakeholders, and potential partners
- Plan B2B outreach through industry platforms, email campaigns, professional networks, trade associations, and relevant channels
- Work closely with Business Development teams to generate and nurture qualified business opportunities
- Develop capability presentations, sector profiles, case studies, proposals, brochures, and market-specific communication
- Support participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, business forums, and delegations
- Strengthen Avconexpo’s brand positioning across international B2B markets
- Track lead quality, market response, conversion opportunities, campaign effectiveness, and business contribution
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, partners, and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or International Business preferred
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, International Marketing, Market Development, or Corporate Marketing
- Experience in Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Consultancy, Infrastructure, Export, or Professional Services preferred
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to Africa, GCC, Middle East, or Asian markets will be an advantage
Important: This is a B2B and international market-focused role, not a pure Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, or Social Media position. Candidates with experience in market research, B2B marketing, international market development, industry outreach, brand positioning, and business lead generation will be preferred.
