Key Responsibilities:
- Identify weld defects using NDT procedures and implement corrective actions for rework/repair. Proficiency in PQR, WPS, and WPQR is essential. Knowledge about SS and GI Welding - TIG/MIG/ARC experienced candidate to Apply. The candidate should be capable of handling both clients and contractors independently.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation.
- Perform daily weld visual inspections for duct offerings.
- Address welding-related issues and propose solutions.
- Prepare welding procedures and quality plans.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of in-house equipment, keeping accurate records.
- Maintain a log register for welding parameters used during production.
- Track the usage of consumables such as filler wire, tungsten electrodes, gas, etc.
- Oversee the proper functioning of all welding accessories.
- Coordinate with clients for inspection report sign-offs.
- Monitor and report daily activities of welders.
