Sales & Revenue Generation
- Driving Targets: Assist the Showroom Manager in setting, tracking, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Active Selling: Step onto the floor during peak hours to handle high-value customers, close difficult sales, and handle objections.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Train the sales team on techniques to maximize the average transaction value.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle stock replenishment, and minimize inventory shrinkage or damage.
- Floor Aesthetics: Ensure the showroom complies with visual merchandising standards (e.g., product displays, cleanliness, lighting, and signage).
- Opening & Closing: Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the showroom, including cash reconciliation and POS (Point of Sale) management.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Grievance Handling: Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally to maintain the showroom’s reputation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
