QBay Career is looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital platforms, content creation, lead generation, and brand promotion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and leads.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, captions, and promotional campaigns.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor website traffic and improve SEO performance.
- Generate quality leads through online marketing activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for branding and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Candidate must have a personal laptop.
