JOB TITLE: General Manager — Fly Ash Bricks Plant

TARGET COMMISSIONING: October 2026
End-to-end charge of a fly ash bricks plant (Apollo Zenith
ZN600 + ATP30 PLC-E, 2 shifts) — from commissioning through
steady-state production. Run the unit as a profit centre.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical)
- MBA an added advantage
- 12-18 years in fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, concrete/paver,
RMC or cement
- 4-5 years as Plant Head / GM
- Green-field commissioning experience strongly preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive commissioning and trial runs with Apollo Zenith;
recruit and train the plant team before go-live
- Tie up raw materials (fly ash, stone dust/sand, cement)
with reliable sourcing
- Achieve rated production at target quality and cost
across both shifts
- Manage batching–forming–curing–stacking–dispatch flow
and pallet cycle
- Ensure preventive/breakdown maintenance of machine,
batching plant, silo, DG set and electricals
- Develop the market for Rungta-branded bricks; manage
dispatch and sales
- Own plant P&L, cost control, safety and statutory
compliance
