Primary Responsibilities
Manufacturing Knowledge
Production support knowledge
L1L2 support activities for various Manufacturing Execution system application issues mainly for Pharma industries
Experienced in POMS or Werum PasX MES systems
Worked on MES module like Weighing Dispense Recipe Management User administration and Material Management will be an added advantage
Incident management resolve user issues Manage ticket queue Troubleshoot issues and resolve within SLA timelines Manage escalations and reach out to respective stakeholders for quick resolving of issue
Problem management for repetitive issues
Create and maintain Knowledge transfer documents for the ease of application support
User administration and Recipe creationmodification as per requirement
Experience in SQLOracle Database able to write and execute Query and Stored procedure
Perform systemapplication maintenance and routine hardware and application activities
Understand the MES process and client specific SOPs and perform activities
Basic knowledge on ERP to MES data flow ISA95 architecture
Maintain proper documentation as per the guideline for various activities
Knowledge on PHP and Crystal reports will be an added advantage
Configuration changes MES Applications
Ready to work in rotational shifts including night shift
