- Lead the complete MEP design process for Design & Build projects.
- Develop HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and BMS design solutions.
- Prepare and review concept designs, detailed engineering drawings, calculations, BOQs,specifications, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Interior Design, Structural, QS, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS Codes, IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, ECBC, and local authority regulations.
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution and provide site support.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Lead client meetings, consultant discussions, and technical presentations.
- Guide and mentor MEP engineers and designers to improve technical capabilities.
- Monitor project schedules, design deliverables, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical approvals and product selection.
- Ensure quality standards and company design procedures are followed.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, software, and industry standards.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
