We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality and safety standards, and improve overall shop floor productivity. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills, knowledge of production planning, and experience in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day production activities effectively and efficiently.
- Raise material requests for required consumables.
- Prepare job cards for both in-house production and outsourced work.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Maintain and update operator log sheets regularly.
- Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and productivity across all machines.
- Ensure safety standards and shop floor practices are followed.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Minimize material wastage and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, rejection, and rework data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production industries.
- Experience in handling shop floor activities and production coordination.
Knowledge & Awareness Required
- Awareness of ISO systems and quality procedures.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices.
- Understanding of production planning and control.
- Awareness of Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
