Job Description
The Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with corporate occupiers for office leasing requirements. The role involves generating new business opportunities, advising clients on real estate strategies, executing leasing transactions, and collaborating with landlords, developers, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive leasing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify and generate new corporate leasing opportunities through networking, market mapping, referrals, and industry contacts.

Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Real Estate Heads, and Procurement teams.

Build a strong pipeline of office leasing mandates from corporate occupiers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development initiatives.
Corporate Leasing Advisory

Understand clients' business requirements and workplace strategies.

Provide end-to-end leasing advisory services for office space acquisition, renewal, consolidation, and relocation.

Prepare and present market intelligence, availability reports, lease comparisons, and financial analysis.

Advise clients on rental trends, commercial terms, and lease negotiations.
Transaction Management

Manage the complete leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Coordinate property inspections and site visits.

Negotiate commercial and legal terms with landlords and developers.

Ensure timely execution of lease agreements and documentation
Market Research & Intelligence

Track market trends, vacancy levels, rental benchmarks, and upcoming developments.

Maintain a database of developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers.

Generate periodic market reports and client-specific recommendations.
Client Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling other real estate services such as project management, facilities management, valuation, and capital markets.
Revenue & Performance

Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Monitor deal pipeline and business forecasts.

Prepare regular MIS reports and business updates for management.
Qualifications

MBA (Marketing/Finance/Real Estate) or equivalent preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
